Leaders in behavioral health field are carrying a lot, and we rarely get a space to talk about it honestly.

Many of you asked to continue that conversation.

This is an in-person follow-up for leaders in the Eastern Iowa corridor and surrounding areas. 

Save the date for Leading Through It, a trauma-informed approach to owning, leading, and supervising, on Thursday, November 19th from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Lunch will be provided, and our session will be led by 

Dr. Elise Healzer, DM, LMFT.

By request, this session will also include a Brainspotting for leadership demonstration.

This gathering is intentionally small — limited to just 15 people — because we want it to be a genuine safe space for leaders to be real about the challenges they're facing. (ONLY 7 SPOTS LEFT)
