Our Team
Elise has a doctorate in management with a concentration in organizational development & change. Elise wrote her dissertation study on management and behavioral health burnout.
Additionally, Elise has worked in the non-profit and private sectors as a licensed behavioral health clinician, building several practices and businesses from the ground up. Elise has experience and understanding of the complexities of non-profit, behavioral health, and medical operations.
